How a clear sample review helps safety harness and fall protection buyers confirm the product details to be carried through to production.

Agree the proposed configuration

Start with the product model, materials, colours, sizes and identification details under discussion. Record any requested changes clearly so the proposal can be reviewed as a complete specification.

Review the sample

Discuss available samples with the team. Review the agreed appearance and product details, and keep a record of comments and any changes that need to be considered.

Confirm the production details

Before production is arranged, confirm the final configuration, quantity, branding artwork, label languages and packaging requirements. For Southeast Asian distributor or project orders, include carton markings, destination country and port, and any staged delivery needs in the order review.

Keep project records together

Retain the agreed specification, sample comments and order documents together. These records provide a shared reference for production, packing and subsequent enquiries.
